Payment

I see patients as an out of network provider which means you pay for each session at the time of service and I will provide a one page billing sheet which you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Fees

• Initial visit:

  • 60 minutes - $450

• Follow up visits:

  • 50 minutes - $250

  • 25 minutes - $200
